We worked with Holland and Barrett for over 10 years, during which time we became a trusted partner and extension of the brand’s in-house comms team, constantly working together to reach a common goal.

Over the years we delivered conferences for over 2,000 delegates, as well as smaller roadshows for 200 delegates across the UK and Ireland, all supported by M&P’s creative design and content development services.

Each year, team M&P would develop bespoke communications identities for each event, leading on creative direction for all environment theming and event branding to ensure the client’s expectations were exceeded every time. The content team would use an interesting mix of presentation media to make sure engagement levels remained high throughout the conference and any breakout sessions that would occur.

When it came to keeping things slick on site, our technical production team managed the set and stage, creating bespoke lighting designs to add theatre and drama to the venue. All travel and accommodation and delegate management was taken care of by our logistics team, who were also in charge of our relationship with the venue.

Year after year, the audience experience was seamless; from pre-event comms and dedicated event apps containing critical information and timings, to post-event cascade and beyond, we had it covered every time!
